i never had the joy of reading domino the magazine when it still existed (the mag folded about a year and a half ago), but apparently domino: the book of decorating continues the publication's tradition of reasonable, DIY decorating tips. because i like to follow trends way after they've taken hold (ex: i made my first purchase ever at anthro 3 weeks ago - isn't it the cutest?!), i purchased the book nearly two years after its release and, a la the lil bee, will be following its advice to the letter. my lease is signed, roomie and i are exchanging daily design ideas and craigslist finds, i've dispatched marty to keep an eye out for deals on the med school forum - everything is falling into place!
