roomie and i have signed a lease! my obsessing over decorating can continue. now i need to invest in a proper measuring tape in order to ensure that my dream interiors actually fit in our little but perfectly affordable, clean and well-maintained apartment in the garden district.
i've re-started scouring the internet for inspirational images. we have a small balcony, big enough for a bistro table and two chairs - perfect for pre-work coffees and gossip!
of course we don't have room for a set up like this - but i love the mix of colors
a tiny little bouquet of fresh flowers (like this, too) is a must!
don't know if we'll be having any romatical outdoor meals, but this is ideally shabby-chic and the color is perfect against the wood and rust
like my favorite little studio, the variable colors and patterns work perfectly here
and i thought i was good at mixing patterns!
i am starting to obsess over the teal-orange color combo - perhaps i've moved on?
admittedly, this room is kind of scary - try and focus on the colors and not the freakishly coordinated wall-and-headboard combination
