i live in the big easy
the crescent city
the city that care forgot

i work for a non-profit in new orleans
that provides legal aid to people in poverty

i live in midcity - the fairgrounds, to be exact
in a beautiful 1920s double that i share
with my best friend and boyfriend, marty

my favorite thing in the world is my dslr, a nikon d60

i love to travel, thrift, listen to music and eat
and take pictures whilst doing all of the above

if i can make something myself in lieu of buying it, i will
well, i'll try

my dream job is a photographer for national geographic
but i'd also settle for having my own vintage shop on magazine street

i moved to new orleans from chicago
with 2 suitcases and a camera bag.  wish me luck.
